Attention all Retreat Lovers… it’s that time again!

I am collaborating to create an unforgettable experience with my good friend and soul sister, Joanne Smallwood from Dubai. Joanne and I have been united on the spiritual path since we met in Goa 20 years ago. We have been doing retreats together since 2014. We are delighted to reunite in Goa again this year! We are shaping this Retreat to bring together the combined forces of our combined 40 years of teaching yoga.

We will be hosting this retreat from 23rd -30th of November 2025 in Goa, India!

Experience a daily Yoga practice, in a magical setting, with a fantastic group of people.

7 full delicious days of diving deep into your Yoga practice in incredible India, the birthplace of Yoga. Staying in the beautiful purpose built Retreat centre, walking distance to Goa’s tropical beaches.

Relax and indulge in an abundance of Ayurevedic Treatments, nutritious cuisine, wonderful company as we take on a Spiritual journey back to the heart.

Days will begin with Pranayama and Meditation to the beautiful jungle birdsong, then a 2-hour dynamic flowing yoga practice with a long Savasana, before we break for an Ayurvedic Breakfast.

Afternoons will be spent exploring local markets, doing Restorative Yoga and soaking up the delights of India.

The marvellous range of Palm Grove rooms offer you comfort amidst natural surroundings. Located within the lush, tropical gardens, these double rooms each have fans, mosquito nets and private en-suite bathrooms.

Triple Share Rooms

Extravagantly spacious, our striking Triple share rooms AC rooms have 3 large, double beds, en-suite bathroom, an additional WC, ceiling fans and antique Rajasthani furniture.
Overlooking a lovely garden area of the palm grove, both of these rooms are very comfortable for three sharing,

Luxury Rooms

Elegant, chic, polished ‘marble’ walls in earthy gemstone tones, sumptuous soft furnishings and carved furniture suites with a luxurious, boudoir feel.
Raj suites have en-suite bathrooms and two double beds, and provide serene space to relax, both inside and out.
