In our practice, we’ll delve into long-held, meditative shapes that target deep connective tissues within the body, this can lead to increased flexibility, reduced inflammation, and increased joint mobility. This practice creates a nurturing space for compassionate self enquiry, inviting you to build on your practise of self connection and acceptance.

Yin invites you to explore your personal edge and delve into stillness, fostering a deeper understanding of self. 

As we journey through each element, we’ll discover their relationship to our own inner seasons and cultivate an understanding of how to support ourselves through the rhythms of life. Whether you’re an experienced practitioner or a curious newcomer, you’re warmly welcomed in our yin space.
