Join us for a weekend immersive experience, of Meditation mindful movement and quiet contemplation.  If you are feeling called to dive a little deeper into your Yoga Practice then this retreat is for YOU!

For the whole weekend it is all about YOU: Embodied Yoga, breath work, and meditation practices led by Anna Smallwood supported with nourishing and wholesome vegetarian meals cooked by Roxy Lancaster at the picturesque Willow Farm Berry.

What you can expect:

  • Silent mornings for exploring Pranayama Breath work and Meditation touching the stiller aspects of our self.

  • Followed by a long delicious morning practice to enliven the body, with lots of time and space for deep listening.

  • Wholesome food to nourish us from the inside out

  • Afternoons spent in long luxurious Yin and Restorative Practices to leave you feeling completely blissed out.

  • Sprinkle of sound healing

  • Circle and journal work

There will be free time to explore the beauty of the farm, creek walks and time for massage if you would like book one. (We can make sure they come to the Farm so you don’t have to leave).

You will not have to leave the 160 acres of lush green farmland and picturesque creek frontage, enjoy the tranquillity and seclusion of Willow Farm. Staying in the beautifully restored 1920s farm house and practicing Yoga in the stunning Berry Yoga Shala.

By ‘retreating’ from everyday life, delving deep into your Yoga & Meditation practice you will press the Reset button: Replenish with nourishing wholesome food; Rewire the tendencies of your mind with daily meditation; Recalibrate and energise the body.

You will leave feeling completely RESTORED, so that when you return to your daily life it will be with a clarity and renewed sense of being.
