When: 6-8pm Thursday 27st of Feburary
Where: The Berry Yoga Shala
Limited to 14 pax
This workshop will give you the much needed break from the internal and external heat generated at this time of year.
Together we will work to stimulate the heart and small intestine meridian pair, and balance our fire energy.
Followed by a prescribed acupuncture session, Yoga Nidra, & extended savasana.
Acupuncture is used in combination with Yin Yoga practices to help promote free flow of Qi throughout the body, unbinding any blockages that may be present. Acupuncture enables us to tap in to our nervous system, allowing for a deeper state of relaxation and restoration whilst specifically targeting and nourishing the Yin organs (heart, spleen, liver, lung, kidneys, and pericardium).
