Sometimes our vinyasa classes will be heat-building and dynamic; other times a more slow, fluid practice. This style of Yoga invites exploration and creativity, finding ways to create space, ease and grace, both on and off the mat.
Yin Yoga involves luxurious holds in more passive postures. This style works to release deeper tissues such as the ligaments and connective tissue, as well as nourishing the organs.
Designed to complement a more dynamic ‘yang’ practice, Yin offers a slow, meditative practice; great for sufferers of stress and anxiety.

A post-natal class for new mums and their babies up to 12 months old.
This is a gentle class focusing on poses to help restore mum’s energy, while keeping babies engaged with music and massage.
These shorter classes (around 45 mins) are fun and light-hearted, with a focus on connecting with your baby and meeting other new mums, while giving your body nourishment and attention.
