Inspired by the beauty of Springtime this yin yoga & Acupuncture workshop has been designed to release stagnant & tired energy as we transition into Summer.
Join us for a night of Yin Yoga and Acupuncture with our favourite yin teacher Jeana O’Toole and Felicity Ling.
Jeana will lead you through Yin yoga poses that will help to energise & restore you from the inside out as we enter into the Yang months of the year.
Followed by a prescribed acupuncture session Yoga Nidra & extended savasana.
Acupuncture is used in combination with Yin Yoga practices to help promote free flow of Qi throughout the body, unbinding any blockages that may be present. Acupuncture enables us to tap in to our nervous system, allowing for a deeper state of relaxation and restoration whilst specifically targeting and nourishing the Yin organs (heart, spleen, liver, lung, kidneys, and pericardium).
Felicity Ling is a registered Acupuncturist and the founder of Ease Acupunctur e and Chinese Medicine. Based in the Shoalhaven region, Felicity is passionate about treating women’s health, digestive health and supporting her patients in the management of stress and anxiety.
“I am a firm believer, that with the right tools and approach, we all have the capacity to achieve our own individual state of optimal health and wellbeing. Living a healthy, or balanced life is a very personal journey. It is a journey that is constantly changing, and one we must endeavor to adapt to, in order to grow.”
When she is not practicing, Felicity spends her time surfing, riding, and exploring the beautiful region we live in.
