An introduction to exploring Ayurveda, learning about your unique constitution and how we interact with our environment.
You will be given tools to deepen your awareness of your body and tips to maintain balance.
Ayurveda is the sister science to Yoga,is one of the oldest systems of medicine in the world, Originating in India more than 5000 years ago.
Ayurvedic medicine includes universal interconnectedness among people, their health, the body’s constitution, and life forces.
During this workshop you will:
- Begin your understanding of Ayurvedic constitutions, of yourself and your surroundings.
- Receive helpful lifestyle and food choice tips to help work toward balance and improve your wellbeing.
- You will be nourished with cleansing Ayurvedic soup for dinner.
Camilla’s journey with health began in 1994 as a Remedial Massage Therapist, fascinated by the human body and its intricate workings.
This lead her to further study at the Australian College of Applied Psychology, completing a diploma of Counselling and Communication, feeding her interest in the mind and emotional body of the human being.
In 2000 Camilla integrated her learning by studying Foundational training in Clinical Ayurveda giving her a framework model to deepen her awareness and understanding of the human condition.
Camilla is passionate about sharing the eclectic combination of her skills, continuing to learn more about human relationships, with nature, with food with each other and with ourselves.
