At The Berry Yoga Shala on beautiful Willow Farm
9:00 – 4:00pm, September 29, 2018
How about an entire day solely for you?
To rest, refresh, dust off some internal cobwebs and re-light your path?
In the busyness of everyday life we can easily find ourselves treading water.
Keeping it all together… just, but lacking both the time and energy to really feel ourselves,
to connect with our deepest desire, our dharma, and find new & creative ways to keep sharing it with the world.
This day is all about doing just that.
You’ll be supported through both Flowing & Restorative Yoga practices, Self inquiry & group processes,
fun & creative Vision Boarding, and mantra meditation, to connect with you, and what’s true.
I hope that you’ll leave feeling rested, connected, inspired, and with tools you can use moving forward.
Mid-morning juice, lunch & afternoon tea provided + all materials so that it’s a true retreat – just bring you!
Please come dressed to start the day with Yoga.
BYO water bottle, Yoga mat, a light shawl or layers, open mind & heart.
